Who we serve
We sit with people experiencing poverty and homelessness — people who are anywhere in the social order, but who should never be made to feel less-than. We're all one accident, medical crisis, or car breakdown away from being on the street.
- People who want their belongings fixed, not thrown away — and the dignity of being asked what they need, instead of told.
- People who are ready to learn a skill for themselves, and people who just need something mended today.

How we help
We meet people exactly where they are — at the library, a shelter, or right on the sidewalk — and mend their belongings on the spot, at no cost and with no judgment.
- Free, hands-on mending of clothes, bags, tents, and other belongings.
- Sewing kits and supplies, for anyone who wants to learn or already knows how.
- Drop-off partnerships with libraries, shelters, and local businesses, so help is easier to reach.
- A growing circle of neighbors, elders, and partners who share their skills, tools, and time.
